Here's the lemonade recipe we served that many of our customers asked for:
*Fresh Lemonade*
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 1 gallon cold water
DIRECTIONS
In a 1 gallon container, place sugar and how water, and stir until sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice and cold water to render 1 gallon. Stir until well mixed. Pour lemonade over glasses of ice, squeeze slice of lemon on top of each.

April 9 Modesto Bonsai Club and Westurf Nursery proudly presents Sensei Sam Adina demonstrating the Art of Bonsai. Semsei Adina will transform a simple potted plant into a work of art before your eyes.
Class starts at 10:00 AM
$30.00 fee
Class includes an Olive tree, Bonsai Pot, soil for potting your tree and instruction from a member of the Modesto Bonsai Club. Upon completion of the class you will have identified the front of the tree, pruned the roots of the tree, repotted the tree into a bonsai pot and have done some minor branch prining. You are invited to bring your bonsai to our next meeting and learn to apply wire to your tree in order to train it to the desired shape.
